The site houses many links to outside resources. These links can be filtered by topic as well as accessed from the title of the page.

My approach
I chose to develop this site using the extremely flexible Enfold theme, which came with a post filtering system. Individual Resource pages were hand coded to include titles with outbound links. Ajax settings were crafted to make browsing a Question and Answer section easy.
