The Project
This infographic was created as part of the 2017-2018 inaugural ID2ID program. It was later featured in an Inside Higher Ed article about the program.

I worked with an ID2ID “buddy,” Mark Anthoney of Seattle University, to develop the concept.
How I solved it
My approach
We created a friendly flow-chart that uses academic sources to answer many typical questions regarding forums in online courses.
