As the manager of American University’s Online Faculty Training Program, I was able to highlight the challenges and successes of implementing a holistic strategy to virtual teacher instruction.
How I solved it
Effectiveness of the training program was evaluated through anonymous pre- and post-class multiple choice questions on instructional design, teaching technology, and university teaching requirements.
